ID Course Design Examples

In addition to the courses I create and teach myself, I have designed many courses for other groups, instructors, and faculty at Texas State University and UT over the years. Click through the presentations below to see some screenshots of most recent samples. Additionally you will find some activities which were embedded into Canvas in some instructors’ sites, including H5P and a Flipbook created in DesignR containing Instructor notes. Note: Texas State designers and faculty do not have access to  e-learning content builders such as Captivate and Articulate. While I have created things in these applications, we are not allowed to add them as SCORM-compliant integrations. Additionally, our Canvas integrations must go through rigorous vetting in our security division before being turned on. The university also does not pay to store 3rd party created materials. Therefore, all content is created using free services such as H5P. We have created an H5P WordPress site so instructors do not have to pay for storing the content; however, integration limitations on the vendor’s side do not allow for integration with the gradebook.
