In her role as a graduate research assistant in the IDEA Studio, Michelle excelled at working with people. She has a strong understanding of the learning theory and instructional design principles that underpin the job, but more importantly, she knows how to collaborate with faculty and build the trust needed to encourage instructors to try new tools and strategies with their students.
